Add global work search filters to settings #3

Some people may want to be able to permanently filter works against a set of tags, authors or other field for any number of reasons. The app should have this feature added to settings.

Also add a 'hide work' feature to hide specific works from search results

Initially the filtering of works should just 'minimise' the blurb instead of altering the search query.
