Function to import data from gene ontology #15

Hello, For this package to be useful I think a basic feature is to include a function that directly imports files from the gene ontology resource (www.pantherdb.org). Since this tool is widely used by the entire field and has over 32,000 citations, I expect GoPlot to have a function that imports a file directly from the export function of the GO web tool.
