Add new "Terra" modifier and "Terrestrial" upgrade vs another material, as it doesn't make sense for the capabilities that need to be added.
If a mana storage container is present in the players inventory:
70 Mana per point of durability for armor to repair
100 Mana per point of durability for weapons
No plans to implement special abilities of tools or armor outside the modifier abilities

When swung and the attack recharge meter is full, it will use 100 Mana and create a damaging Mana burst that deals 7 points of damage to the hit creature
If the player is wearing a complete set of "Terrestrial" armor:
Passive generation of 1 Mana every 10 ticks on Mana Tablets
20% decrease of Mana cost on all Mana-using TCon items (Can't translate to Botania items)
Passive regeneration of 2 health every 4 seconds if their hunger bar isn't full
Suggestion: stats similar to Netherite, Mana 3 (Won't add Mana 3 ... if this was implemented, should require proper implementation with adding mana to item) and weapons would launch an energy blast

If the player is wearing a complete set of "Great Fairy" upgrade armor, they will gain the Great Fairy's Blessing set bonus:
10% decrease of the Mana cost on all Mana-using TCon items (Can't translate to Botania items)
If the player is attacked while wearing this armor piece, there's an % chance (depends on armor piece, same as Botania) to spawn a Pixie after being attacked.
Pixies spawned by the wearer will inflict a random potion effect for 2 seconds: either Blindness, Wither, Slowness or Weakness.
Suggestion: stats better than steel, the Pixie effect, and Mana 2 (Won't add Mana 2 ... if this was implemented, should require proper implementation with adding mana to item)
