[Suggestion] Add an option to start with the book #67

I recommend using starting inventory mod with crafttweaker. I really don't want to add any books generated. There are a lot of other ways to do this. This could also be done with an advancement in a data pack.

Yep, replaced the tinker book starting item with the Tinker Survival one
