Fixed sticks dropping from leaves even with silk touch or shear like items #70

Extra sticks drops even if the player is using silk touch tools or shear like items (kama, scythe). This fixes it.

I also need to add kama to the list, as it acts as shears as well.

Ok, I added a tag for shears tools that includes the kama. I also generated the files. If you are on windows, you may have problems running this without a matching .bat file that does with ./datagen does. It just passes a command-line arg. I could probably figure it out if you want help.

This is released on curseforge now.
