The first metasprite scrolls in on the 9th beat (a very quick scrolling, timed so that the metasprite lands in the center on that beat) (melody starts)
Stays still in the center until it leaves on the 11th beat (starts scrolling out 192 (96*2) frames after it had started scrolling in,so that it exits the screen on the beat)
The next scrolls in on the 13th. Leaves on the 15th, etc.
