Exiting repl #18

Cannot exit REPL mode using CTRL ALT ] combination. Overall very nice and helpful application!

Sorry my bad... I was reading github README.md and didn't observed that Ctrl+Q is actual key. But still after I try to exit REPL with Ctrl+q some annoying message is printed: "mpfs [/]> " and if I hit ENTER I'm still on REPL mode.

I gues you are on Windows. If so, I think this is fixed by not using RAW input on windows ony more.
