brief description of data munging process (from start to end with data examples)

@iqis do you still want/need this? You mentioned it in the phone call.

iqis commented 5 years ago

I believe this would be helpful. What do you think?

Yes, it would probably help both of us -- me, so I clarify the process in my head, and you, so you can help me put the process into functions. One of HRV data and one of EDA data? Each data type might be different enough.

iqis commented 5 years ago

I think you're spot on. We should identify a typical process for each data format.

Great, I'll start with HRV and EDA. I hope to have some example data from other types after my call with MindWare next Tuesday.

OUR best practice for subject identification and task (e.g., baseline, stressor, recovery)

MalloryJfeldman commented 5 years ago

Can y'all help me understand how you are thinking about data munging in this context?

wendtke commented 5 years ago

Yes, let's discuss during next meeting.

wendtke commented 5 years ago

@MalloryJfeldman will use her dummy data to create case use examples of munging, visualization, and analysis.
