Implement quick visualization:

using ggplot2, returning a modifyable ggplot object
easily adjustable parameters
meaningful and pretty defaults on color scheme and other design languages

@MalloryJfeldman do you have any more sample code of visualizations your team has created? I will add more, but I thought having samples from multiple groups would be useful.

Publication-friendly output -- maybe .pdf, .jpeg?
