Added features:

read_MW_study() able to stash workbooks
tidied MW workbook readings

@wendtke I think you are referring to inst/extdata/MW_format/MW_format_profiles.R In general, its necessary to comment out something when it might be needed to be brought back later, and yet do not warrant a separate branch.
