DWKWebView，调起软键盘后页面上移量不能恢复 #75

Xcode：10.1 (10B61) Swift version： 4.2 可能是和#63相同的问题

测试是meta标签viewport-fit=cover导致的问题，加上之后就不会收回上移量了，不知道能不能解决
