Unable to use decimal values for timetable duration
Classes can be 1.5/2.5 hours long but the app does not allow decimals:

[This is the team's response to the above 'original' bug]
Our application works for NUS students, who are undergraduates and not enrolled in NUSC. This means the classes are always in whole number of hours. While we do recognise this as a issue, we think this is out of scope and we will implement features to rectify this issue in the future.

Description
Tester has noted that in the User Guide that program allows for entering the start hour of classes into the timetable. However, there are classes that don't begin at the start of the hour, i.e. require minutes input. This can hinder the process of entering classes into the timetable if they don't begin at the start of the hour. (Time such as 1130, 12.45 etc.)
Detail 1
Class added successfully.
For input string: "11.30" Must be an integer.
Detail 2
Class added successfully.
Time of the day does not exist.
