On startup error messages notifying user of class scheduled already at time period

Description

On startup, when the program restores the state of the timetable data entered previously, it notifies the user that There's already a class scheduled during this time period.. This behaviour is unexpected as it is a valid timetable schedule that was added using the tt/ add/ command and should not have shown that error message on startup.
