Revert "[Fix #2506] Specify multiprocessing context in DataLoader" #2521

I have to revert this PR wenet-e2e/wenet#2507 , I cannot laungh deepspeed engine after this PR.

Besides, the above PR is made to solve dataloader issue on KUNPENG CPU, but we have no plan to support it, I think users can hard code it if KUNPENG CPU is the must-one choice
