Enhance streaming to custom web site #295

Add caching for streaming to custom web site

for example if CustomUpload was not able to upload because of mobile or wifi 
network is down, enable uploading missed waypoints when mobile or wifi network 
is avaliable again

also add time, speed, accuracy, altitude, bearing to custom upload url
