Subtitle encoding auto detect #166

I hope that Movist can add the auto encoding detect option for subtitle since 
we may have different 
subsites with different encoder and now we have to open movies to test if we 
have the correct 
encoder and manually switch the encoder if it's not correct.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Movist 0.6.8 on Mac OSX 10.6.3
