End of movie does not respect "Apply On playing only" for "Keep on top of all other windows" #193

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable "Apply On playing only" and "Keep on top of all other windows" in 
prefs
2. Watch a movie all the way through
3. click on a window from another app "behind" movist.

What is the expected output? 
The other app's window should be on top.

What do you see instead?
Movist is still on top.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Movist 0.6.8
Mac OS X 10.6.4
