1080p mkv produces thin green line above and under video in fullscreen mode #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open 1080p mkv (x264) movie file
2. Play in full screen mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Thin green line above and under actual movie on screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.8 on 10.6.4 MacBook MB063. Using built-in screen or external 720p monitor. 
Not tested on 1080p monitor.

Please provide any additional information below.
Please see attached example. Only seems to appear on 1080p formats.

Agree. Mac OS X 10.6.5 - the same green line above almost all HD movies - 720p 
or 1080p

But it could be fixed by specifying Under Scan >0 in Preferences -> Video.
The green line could appear on the left, you just have to find the best Under 
Scan to hide it too...
