Please do not asking a subtitle file automatically when open it #304

After some searches, I still don't know how to stop movist asking a subtitle
file when I open a video. If there is a way, please let me know.

The issue is that in many cases, I need to play a video with its subtitle
hardcoded on the video. Or sometimes, it's possible that I don't need a
subtitle. But when I open such a video file, it's annoying that the player keep
asking for a subtitle file every time when I don't need one.

Also, if I really need and have a subtitle file, I usually change the name of
subtitle file to be the same with the video. Therefore, movist knows which file
it should load.

Therefore, in any case, I don't see the point to have movist asking for a
subtitle file with a pop-up window when open a video.
---------------------------------
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a video with movist.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think what I expect should be the video just start to play. But movist pops
up a window to ask me for a subtitle file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.15(6) on OS X 10.9.5
