log transformation still in GT_z1z? #17

Just checking, log transformation is still in the GT_z1z function even though @wengngai mentioned that the new growth model no longer log-transform DBH growth. Should the log transformations be removed from the GT_z1z function now?

Our current simulations still log and antilog the numbers.

Sorry, the new growth model has not been implemented yet. It has been fitted in brms but not yet implemented in this IBM
