Old and new intra.calc functions do no produce identical outputs #6

I couldn't get them to produce the same thing.

Could it be due to line 446 (as of commit a34d46720710c920d4220b70fb7b92fef71f1f00): trees$grid %in% grid.neighbours[[i]] ? This is ignoring trees or seedlings in the same grid (unlike other functions that do also include the same grid)?

fixed with 177973504bebe8136029a8cc64bf56c63e01b130 and then also in the parallerised version 24399f981a4458a4f1c04255d4e3851c104df191
