Need to add ACLs to corp channels so that "blues" can't enter. However this will require adding blues to a "blues" group

Blues added to "blues" group on registration. Need to define ACLs for corp channels on creation and/or periodically

Have manually set root ACL to deny enter to blues in all sub channels (but not root) and then added ACL to GANG channel to allow blues to enter

This sort of thing needs to be configurable in admin back-end. Creation of group needs to be customisable and automagic
