Thanks, I am have merged the pull request to the master. Also, could you upload the microdata (DHS-Guyana2005.dta) to the shared OneDrive folder directory "MEASURE UHC DATA\STATA\DATA\SC\FINAL\new" ? So I will close this issue accordingly.
