The report's definition of skilled provider slightly different from ours, e.g., trained birth att. was not treated as skilled in the report but was in our project." The cleaned dataset c_ancski suggests 0.9675, very close to the report.

Dear all, Tanzania2007-08 #22 was based off Tanzania2011-12 to collapse the country-specific codings. Let me know if you have any problems while merging them into main branch.
