Stuck at Checking Input Message #31

Hi! I am trying to access TSVdb. When I choose any cancer type and GAPDH (or RAC1 as in the tutorial), I am stuck at the "checking input" dialog box. I am not able to move past this message and further access the database.

I have run into the same issue on different days and on different browser, so any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

This error could be caused by the nonresponse of the database server due to your network issue or firewall. I did some optimizations https://github.com/wenjie1991/TSVdb/commit/f983746ad48928517877683e9ecac49e6fd70b61. Hope now the website works for you. Please let me know.

Thanks for reporting the issue. It was caused by the crash of the database. I rebooted the database, it should work now.
