Issue 2: Text on hover not viewed while tabbing

Describe the bug Description of the article on the main page is viewed when hovered. But it is not viewed when tabbed through.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://itp.nyu.edu/adjacent/issue-2/'
2. Tab until you reach articles
3. See error

Expected behavior For keyboard users, the article description should be seen when tabbing through, without having to hover using a cursor.
