您好，感谢您对我们工作的关注。论文中动态超图构建的详细描述在Dynamic hypergraph structure learning这一章节。动态超图构建是通过drug-hyperedge和gene-hyperedge这两个矩阵的动态学习实现的。推荐您阅读《Dynamic Hypergraph Neural Networks》以对这一概念有更好的理解。

感谢您的回复，你这篇文章动态矩阵的的构建是和《Dynamic Hypergraph Neural Networks》这篇文章用的一样的方法么？在经过一层卷积之后重新构建一个新的超图？或者是别的方法？
