5 row keyboard doesn't work #370

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Installed but does not work. 
2.  Reinstalled.  Same
3.  Setting show up in proper setting area so it appears installed. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?

Jailbroken 3.1

Please provide any additional information below.
