5-Row installed via Cydia, won't show up on keyboard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load 5 row with cydia
2.check sources to insure its loaded, resping, and hard reboot.
3.pull up text message, 5 row isn't there, still 4 row

What is the expected output? 5 row keyboard to show up after loaded.
What do you see instead? 4 row still showing up

What version of the product are you using? 0.1-10

On what operating system 
(iPhone Firmware version?) iPhone 3G 3.01 software version

Please provide any additional information below.  If beta install is 
needed, please provide instructions on how to install a beta instead of 
installing via Cydia. Thx!

The version of 5 row in Cydia is outdated.
Why dont you try the latest version: 0.1-99h here instead?

I would love to! Not sure how to go about that. Is there a repo site to add to 
Cydia 
to get the file. Any advice on how to get 0.1-99h?
