Crashes to springboard when "5row qwerty keyboard" is selected.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable 5row qwerty keyboard in settings
2. Invoke the keyboard
3. Press or hold int'l button to bring up keyboard selector
4. Choose 5row qwerty keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is a 5 row keyboard with the fifth row being numbers. 
Actual output is immediate crash into safe mode. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
iPod Touch 2G, 8gb, 3.0

Please provide any additional information below.
