Enhancement : automatic response body indent and syntax coloring #174

Hello,

I'm using RESTClient for months, it's a very good REST testing tool :)

I've a little enhancement request which can ease the life of everyone : when 
the HTTP response content type is either JSON or XML, automatically indent and 
color the syntax in the response body tab. Actually we have to do this handling 
manually each time we send a request.

It is already available in the Tools > Options (I think---talking from memory) 
> Etc. tab. Just enable the appropriate combo.
