As long as you format your input files as per MARVEL requirements, you will be able to use MARVEL for studying splicing in plants. Kindly refer to the "Input files" section for RNA-sequencing data generated from plate-based (https://wenweixiong.github.io/MARVEL_Plate.html) and droplet-based (https://wenweixiong.github.io/MARVEL_Droplet.html) methods.

I am very interested in the tool, but the data I analysed now is plant scRNS-seq data and the examples in the article and website areabout the human. So I would like to know if I can use this tool to process plant scRNS-seq data? (such as Arabidopsis thaliana) Looking forward to your reply.
