`edit` command all parameters are required #12

Describe the bug

All parameters must be present when edit an expenditure. However, many times users will only want to edit a particular section. This forces users to type unnecessary words.

In general, the command parameters are too long and all of them are compulsory. Making users have to type many words.This violates the constraint of the app.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Scroll to Editting an expenditure section
