Redundant currency requirement in `list currency` comamnd #13

Describe the bug

Users have to type list SGD to view the items in the list. All the money is assumed in SGD and there is not a section to specify the currency type. Hence, this parameter is redundant, makign users to type extra words. This parameter is used in many other commands such as viewtype, 'viewdate', making it inconvenient for users.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Scroll to List out and display the expenditure list section.

This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. Reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation and listed as feature flaw
