code quality issues:

ad 'put code pointer'
if there is no active new ticket, system creates one
if there is no selection, simply puts pointer
if there is selection, puts pointer + selection

Put class name to => *desc
                     *comment

Put package name to => *desc
                       *comment

Inspections integration
if there is an inspection error/warning in the editor, one of the options would 
be 
'put inspection result to *desc
                          *comment
