Add a README.md on server with details #467

Probably pretty obvious for javascript developers, but understand

node http-server

does not run anything about server is confusing.

I do this to run:

cd server
node app.js

Would it be helpful to add a section on global README.md about example server and a specific README.md on server directory on how to run, and features available?
