SopCast and RtmpDump doesn't play #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Have the sopcast configured with your server
2.Use the Web.conf file attached with the debug logs
3.Try to run any of TVs (that use SopCast protocol e.g. sop://...)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expected stream to be played; instead I am seeing PMS that is launching 
SopCast (the stream is able to be played), but it kills just seconds after;

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PS3 Media Servet 1.50.0 SBH31

Please provide any additional information below.
a)SopCast will play only http://127.0.0.1:3902/stream; (if sopcast manually 
started)
If you have URL like sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/60703, PMS will run SopCast 
and it will kill the process just seconds after; however, if you manually start 
sopcast, when you run links like sop://... PMS will change the chanel in 
SopCast (will not kill the process) but will not play the stream;
Please find attached the Debug logs

b) RtmpDump sources will not play; see also Debug logs
