What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install shb 38 or shb 37
2.attempt to play mp4 or wmv video that plays locally OK - get the data type is
not supported error
3.windows 7 sample wmv (wildlife)plays ok, oddly - the only one
4. attempt to enter groove shark generates a ps3 dlna 2114 error
5. jumpy, mediamonkey, channels show no files but do not generate a dlna error.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

tried shb 38 first, uninstalled, deleted folders, installed shb 37- same results
windows 7 home professional asus zenbook (ultrabook)
