No match IPv4 address block of 43.0.0.0/8

It coudn't lookup IPv4 address of 43.0.0.0/8 to answers "No match". The cause is that the ipv4 address block of 43.0.0.0/8 ransfered from JPNIC to APNIC at March 2020.

By Changing whois host of 43.0.0.0/8 from JPNIC(whois.nic.ad.jp) to APNIC(whois.apnic.net), it fixed this lookup answer.

Actual behavior

Whois.whois("43.0.0.1")
