The whois server for `.tv` needs an update #657

In 2016 the whois server for .tv was changed from whois.nic.tv to tvwhois.verisign-grs.com. Based on and update to .tv here https://github.com/whois/ianawhois/blob/master/TV

Looks like that is outdated since Godaddy purchased .tv and a whois query now uses the previous domain again:
