Save Mail Addresses for Newsletter in Backend #29

The Email-Addresses need to be saved somewhere. For now, i'll just add a new NEWSLETTER app to django for storing the emails and (maybe) sending emails.

We need to menition this somewhere in the terms of use or ask during registration process. Otherwise we are not allowed to send newsletters to our users
