yes, just use the board firmware + adb tools inside fastboot firmware and run emui### .bat file just unpack fastboot + thread.dll(i don't rememeber of this dll) and just run .bat

Try this. This must work on device..if its won't boot with you device, maybe need to instal russian ota firmware. After install gsi use wipe data/or factory reset in twrp
