Game audio issues #174

I installed the plugin via Equalizer APO and it worked perfectly in terms of making my mic static/white noise go away.

The problem that I am facing, however, is that it seems to be applying to my in game audio setting for warzone as well. I have some equalizations set up via Equalizer APO/Hesuvi that allow me to hear footsteps in game as well.

The noise suppression plug in only works when I install it in my first configuration... anywhere else and I still get mic static. When I use the plug in and start the game it seems that the suppression effect applies to my in game audio as well...essentially any in game noises that dont reach my threshhold are eliminated. This is forcing me to chose between using my in game audio settings or having a clear sounding mic.

That's more of an Equalizer APO misconfiguration. I also use it when playing Warzone and BF2042, but it only applies to the microphone.

Make sure that in your configuration, you are applying the VST to your output and that it is only being applied where your input devices are. You can have multiple text file configurations for different devices on APO Equalizer
