Internal links, and links to sections. #24

This is kind of the other side of the coin that is #23. Links to specific headings would allow the table of contents to be more useful, and also allow people to share specific portions of any blog post.

The theme I'm (currently) using, minimal-mistakes, has in-built support for having links for headings. All that remains is to add an optional ToC and link to the relevant headers in it.

The minimal-mistakes theme has all this built-in. All I had to do was add toc: true to the front matter, and it took care of the rest.
