Add a MathJax configuration to allow single dollar signs #8

Make it so that single dollar signs work, and put the content into inline math mode. Here are three references: one and two, and three.

Done. I modified the if page.usemathjax part of _includes/scripts.html, in 3a875a686d6e80a924fe5f4be4e5ff26438e13f9.
