Added show_end_times option (when enabled, it shows the loadshedding end time while also removing the "Now" text to avoid clashes)

(sidenote: Issue 72 can probably be closed)

Thanks, the end time doesn't show up quite right for the last slot

Oh, wait, actually it's because it ends the next day, so probably good.
