Añade una copia del readme #3

@CarlosMarchena , I don't understand what is your intent: the file copy.txt that you like to be merged is just a copy of the current readme.txt, so what ?

Hello, I'm in a grade of Informatic and the copy of the file copy.txt it's for a practice that I need to do in GitHub(Participate in other projects). Sorry if i disturb you or something.
