SS5.0 Deprecation/Changes

An incomplete list of deprecations in SS5 that could be converted automatically

• [ ] FieldList->insertAfter now wants string name as first param, not the field
• [ ] Versioned::publish deprecated, use copyVersionToStage
• [ ] Versioned::doPublish deprecated, use publishRecursive
• [ ] Conf::inst()->update; use merge() if array is a value, use set() if not
