Torch 7 Starts

Questionable approach: -We need to use a Lua plugins to generate xml files. Techincaly could be done by hand If we get that desperate. -Need to combine all repos with plugins so we can use waffle? Then we need: -Jua5.1 or Jua5.3 dll for Torch7 or LuaJIT BIzhawk with normal Torch7 -Then someone has to learn D-Q Learning? add more commits later.

If not we need an altentive maybe Jhiras or Trello or Need to force Grammarly spell checker at the very least. Thing being in the wrong places Anonymously
