There is a pop-up right after you trigger an attack roll. It's title says 'Threshold modifier'. I think that title is confusing.
The value you enter is added to the attack-roll afterwards, so i would say it is a 'Situational Bonus' the Referee grants the player.
Could you change the title of the pop-up please? :-)
